The first floor is situated with two king bedrooms, each with a private bath. The Southern master bedroom offers a spacious covered deck with ocean views and the private bath has an updated vanity and gorgeous, tiled shower. The top floor features a newly furnished living room with vaulted ceilings and natural light, a dining area, as well as a kitchen with granite countertops, stainless kitchen appliances, and two pantries. A half bath is also located on the top floor. The walk to the beach takes less than 3 minutes with two dedicated accesses for Sea Dunes guests! Don’t worry about packing beach chairs or a cooler as they are waiting for you at Escape OBX!

The SeaDunes Townhomes are an amazing location within walking distance to several of the Outer Banks' top restaurants; Black Pelican, Hurricane Mo’s, Two Roads Tavern, Stackem’ High Pancakes, I Got Your Crabs, and Barefoot Bernies. The indoor clubhouse features a racquetball court, workout equipment, air hockey, arcade games, pool table, ping pong, and restrooms with showers, while outside you will find a community pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. The clubhouse with rec room and the pool is open from late May to early October, while the gym, tennis, and racquetball courts are open year-round.
