The kitchen is located adjacent to the living room and has been completely remodeled with all new ceiling height cabinetry, extended solid surface countertops, shiplap backsplash and all new modern flooring. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major and countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, smooth top range and a built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and a blender. This kitchen is really very nice and everything is so convenient. You will certainly enjoy preparing those great family meals here.

The dining area is equipped with a large table with ample seating for 6, and 2 others at the kitchen bar area.

The master suite is located on the ocean side of the unit with absolutely mesmerizing views of the large swimming pool/courtyard area and the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
