On the ground floor, accessible via an exterior stair, there are 2 separate units, one of which is the laundry room and a full bathroom. Another is bedroom 3, which boast 1 King bed , 1 Queen, and two twins. Both twins are Tempurpedic mattresses, one is adjustable & massaging. In between both units is the screened-in patio with a TV and plenty of seating.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

"Beautiful home with beautiful accommodations! The pool was wonderful! My family enjoyed the pool every day.... There's plenty of space for children and young adults to hang out and grown ups to do their thing in the home! You are responsible for putting the garbage out on select days but they definitely text you to make sure you do! You can't beat the beauty of the ocean view and the serenity of the property, it's so beautiful! This was a vacation for myself and my daughter and 3 granddaughters and we truly enjoyed every moment!
