The main floor of Casa Del Mar features a welcoming foyer that leads into a spacious great room. This area includes a fully equipped chef's kitchen with modern appliances, along with a comfortable living room perfect for relaxation. Large sliding glass doors enhance the space by providing easy access to the outdoor patio while maximizing natural light. On this level, you’ll find two luxurious master suites, each with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and private exit to the patio. Additionally, there are two guest rooms: bedroom 3 with a king-size bed and bedroom 4 featuring two queen-size beds, both complete with their own en-suite bathrooms. For added convenience, a half bathroom is located off the living area, making this thoughtfully designed layout ideal for comfort and relaxation.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs, with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
