Experience the expansive and well-appointed outdoor area at Sombrero Beach Beauty. The highlight is a generous 495 sq ft pool, which can be heated by request for your comfort. Enjoy 50 feet of private dockage, complete with water and power hookups, a fish cleaning table, and ample space for your boat. The area also features a gas grill and a charcoal grill for versatile outdoor cooking. For convenience, there is plenty of parking with space for four or more vehicles and designated boat trailer parking. Relax by the pool on the numerous lounge chairs, or gather around the picnic table and chairs for meals and socializing surrounded by the lushly landscaped backyard which provides a tropical feel to your time spent outdoors. This outdoor space is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, providing everything you need for a memorable stay.

2nd Level of the Home:

The second floor features two inviting bedrooms: one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed, complemented by a full bathroom. The open-plan main living area is a highlight, with a TV and ample natural light. The adjacent dining area, which seats eight, flows seamlessly into the fully stocked kitchen—perfect for preparing meals, especially your freshly caught fish. Additional seating is available for casual dining or relaxing. Step out onto the oversized covered balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a meal while taking in the view. This floor combines functionality with elegance, providing a perfect space for family gatherings and relaxation.

3rd Level of the Home:

The 3rd floor of this inviting home features a spacious master suite, complete with a luxurious King bed, a TV and a private ensuite full bathroom, providing an ideal retreat for relaxation and comfort. Adjacent to the master suite, you'll find an additional family area that includes a convenient workstation, perfect for those who need to stay productive while on vacation. This versatile space ensures that guests can enjoy both leisure and functionality in a beautifully designed, private setting.
••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.


••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
