Make the most of the 3 bikes provided to cycle to the beach, or embark on a water adventure with the 2 adult-sized kayaks and 2 paddleboards available for your use. For your safety, please bring your own personal flotation devices. In the evenings, relax and fish in the canal while taking in the breathtaking sunsets.

The yard can accommodate parking for 3 to 4 vehicles and a boat trailer.

2nd Level of the Duplex Home:

The interior of this home features charming coastal decor and ample space for families. The second level, the main living area, includes a spacious living room, a large kitchen ideal for preparing meals, and a dining area where you can enjoy your meals indoors or on the deck. On this level, you'll find bedroom 2 with a king-size bed, a flat screen TV and with access to a full bathroom near the kitchen, and a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.

3rd Level of the Duplex Home:

On the third level, you'll find 2 full bathrooms and 3 additional bedrooms, each equipped with a TV with cable. The bedrooms include a King-size room (master suite), and a bedroom with a bunk bed featuring a full-size bottom bunk and a Twin-size top bunk.
