Your private Florida Keys getaway begins outdoors with a heated private pool, a gas grill for waterfront cookouts, ample loungers and poolside seating with a shaded dining area for al fresco meals. Access to the Emerald Flats neighborhood marina for your boating & fishing adventures.
2nd Level – Open-Concept Luxury Living with Gulf Views
This floor is the heart of the home, offering modern luxury with expansive Gulf views an open-concept updated modern kitchen with breakfast bar, stylish dining room with seating for 10, and a living area with comfortable lounge seating and a Smart TV. There is also a beautifully decorated private queen bedroom with an adjacent bathroom.
3rd Level – Bedrooms with Laundry Convenience
The upper level is designed for guest privacy and comfort, featuring 2 Luxury King Master Suites with en-suite baths, a comfortable Queen bedroom and a bunk room with twin beds. The queen and bunk room share a large double vanity bath in the hallway and there is a dual washer & dryer for ultimate convenience.

Make the most of your family vacation in the Florida Keys with these must-do activities just minutes from your oceanfront rental:
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate cats.
Pool heating is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
