Everyone had their own private sanctuary yet had a big comfortable gathering area when we were all together. The views were great, the house was well stocked with everything we needed, including games for the kids and the hot tub was a sure plus! We would definitely stay again in the future. Thank you!" Spectacular views and location make this vacation home one of a kind. This newly built cabin is part of the Gilded Mountain Recreation development - only minutes from the ski slopes and easy access to snowmobile trails, ATV trails, hiking and biking and minutes from Deadwood. 20 miles to Sturgis and paved roads (except driveway) make it a great Rally choice. This cabin sits up on the west ridge and over looks the development. It's only 1 block from the Clubhouse. Right next to Raven's Ridge cabin - perfect for large groups to rent both! With 3 levels, this home offers spacious living areas, 2.5 baths 4 bedrooms and sleeping for 10. Walk up the stairs to the main entrance, into an open living-dining and kitchen area. The Living Room has a beautiful rock, gas fireplace with a flat screen TV. Large picture windows to enjoy the views and brighten the cabin. Cathedral Ceilings, Wood accents, cozy decor and custom fixtures add to the cabin's charm. There is seating for 10 at the table and island, a walk-out off the kitchen to the front deck and gas BBQ Grill. The kitchen has stainless steal appliances and great space to make your family meals. Also on the main level is a bedroom with king-size bed and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a king bed and attached half-bath, with flat screen TV. The bedroom closes to the downstairs for privacy. Downstairs you will find a large family living space with flat screen TV, DVD Player, comfy couches and a table and wetbar in the back for playing games. There is another walk-out to the lower deck and private hot tub. There is a full bathroom downstairs with shower and 2 more bedrooms. 1 Bedroom with a queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with twin beds and a separate twin bed cot. The cabin has great amenities with satellite TV, 3 flat screen TV's, Central Air-conditioning, washer/dryer, private hot tub and use of the Clubhouse. The Gilded Mtn. Subdivision also offers use of a classy Clubhouse! The Clubhouse is beautiful with log accents, cabin and mining decor, and the perfect additional place to enjoy your vacation! Absolutely beautiful views! We loved this house, it was perfect for a little friends get away! If you do go in the winter the driveway is pretty steep so just be prepared for an incline, but we had no complaints about our stay! We were even allowed to go back after checkout because we forgot some things and they accommodated us and the communication was amazing!
Absolutely fantastic. The cabin was so clean and the setup was perfect. Tons of space and great location to all of the black hills sights.

Our stay at Little Badger could not have been better - the hosts were responsive to every request and the lodge is beautiful and very well-equipped with a lot of extras to entertain the kids including a lovely clubhouse.
This place was exactly what we needed for our stay.
The property is in a beautiful neighborhood and easy to get to all major attractions. Plenty of space for everyone and property had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

The cabin was beautiful, clean and fully stocked. It was a perfect "home base" for our Black Hills vacation. The street to get up to the cabin was paved and wide enough for two cars to fit through at the same time. The driveway is a little steep - but our full-size van managed it so I imagine any vehicle could.
The stairs to get up to the cabin weren't a surprise as we knew ahead of time in the listing. But they didn't bother us at all...because it put the cabin in the perfect spot for a view of the area - including the tops of the mountains from the hot tub. I was worried about our older dog having to make them each time he needed to use the potty. But it ended up being perfect because the master bedroom opens right to the hillside. So, we actually were able to take him straight out to use the potty from the deck without any stairs.
We walked down to use the pool each day and it was clean and refreshing (and warm for the cooler nights).
All in all - the perfect stay! 100% recommend Deadwood Connections and the Little Badger Lodge.
