Property Description

It is beautifully furnished and decorated. There is plenty of room to park your trailers, plus an oversized 2 car garage to put your motorcycles or vintage cars in.

Lower level has two beautiful large King Suites plus a Family Room. Each room in the lower level has individual heat for your comfort level in addition to central heat and air. bedrooms each have a ceiling fan.

The main level is an open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Room. The Living Room is furnished with reclining sofas. Enjoy the unique fire place after a cold day on the ski hill. The Dining Room has seating for 6 or 8 at the table plus four stools at the counter. There is one King Suite on the main level. A small office has a regular size Murphy bed suitable for the young ones. The bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Enjoy the large Game Room equipped with a pool table, chess/backgammon table, poker table, electronic dart game and wet bar. Snuggle in by the fireplace in the Game Room.

There is a grill on the deck and a dining room, and an 8-seater table.
The house is located in the city of Lead, SD close to the grocery store and all necessities with a feel of being very much in the mountains. Watch the antics of the wildlife from Deer to Wild Turkeys or Fox and Rabbits from any window in the house.
In the winter season you must have a four wheel drive vehicle.
