5-Star Review: "It was a great stay, the house was beautiful and it worked out great for our family of 11. We will definitely be back!!!"


The cabin has a large, welcoming Great Room with a fireplace and large picture windows to enjoy the scenery, along with an open dining/kitchen area. It is ideal for large groups with 3 bathrooms (one on each level) and 5 sleeping rooms with 3 king-size beds, 1 queen,one with a full bed and a single bed and 2 full-size sofa sleepers in the living areas.

The lower level is the walk-in level and that has 2 bedrooms - 1 with a king and the other bedroom with a queen and a sofa sleeper.  This lower level also has a family room with fireplace, TV and sofa sleeper.  Upstairs, on the main level are 2 more bedrooms - 1 with a king and 1 with the bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top).  Upstairs is the 5th bedroom with a king size bed.

The cabin has great amenities - with a full kitchen, wifi, washer & dryer, satellite TV, fireplace, DVD player, Hot Tub and garage. The master bathroom has a jetted bath tub and 5' tiled shower!

This is located right across from Recreational Springs Campground, so you can snowmobile or ATV right from the cabin! It also has flat, easy access with lots of parking.

We rented this "cabin" for 3 couples to stay for the Black Hills Jeep Jamboree in September, 2023. The place was as advertised and we had a very enjoyable stay. We were actually able to fit 3 trucks with trailers on the property! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great family staycomfortable beds, a great space to enjoy, and a perfect launching location to Deadwood and Lead. A really lovely cabin, and would heartily recommended heading to the nearby Terry Peak summit observation tower for a spectacular sunrise

We had a great time here. We were only here three nights but packed a lot of sight seeing into the stay. This is a beautiful home. Very clean, very spacious. Loved the bathroom in the basement. The beds were all very comfortable and so was the living space. This location is about an hour north of Mount Rushmore, which we were expecting. All in all, my family had a wonderful stay here and would definitely stay again.

This cabin is beautiful and there is a door to the lower level, after reading I thought there wasnt a door but its in the hallway. The lower level bathroom beautiful and well stocked with towels. We loved that there was a bathroom on every level.
