Behind the bright Caribbean turquoise facade, youll find four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a sparkling private pool. With enough square footage to host 14 people with ease, large groups and families will adore this comfy, spacious home thats close to the sandy beach and a five-minute drive to the shopping and dining at Gulf Place Town Center.The main floor living and dining area is expansive and airy... and filled with bright Florida sunshine. Soaring vaulted ceilings, large windows with transoms, and lots of recessed lighting create an open, spacious feeling. Two sofas sit on blond wood floors and face a flatscreen television. Glass paneled doors lead out to the sun-kissed deck space with plenty of room for lounging and gazing out over the treetops to the nearby gulf.In the fully equipped kitchen, light wood cabinets are topped with gleaming slabs of marble countertops. Stainless steel appliances include an extra-large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. The range is located in the spacious kitchen island, which also has casual barstool seating for two. Nearby, the formal dining table has enough room for eight people to gather together at mealtimes. Your entire crew will love to hang out in this inviting space to chat over mugs of coffee and muffins or while packing up snacks for the beach. Theres also a cozy breakfast nook with additional seating.Also on the main floor are three private bedrooms with plenty of flexible sleeping space for everyone.
