The main floor living and dining area is expansive and airy... and filled with bright Florida sunshine. Soaring vaulted ceilings, large windows with transoms, and lots of recessed lighting create an open, spacious feeling. Two sofas sit on blond wood floors and face a flatscreen television. Glass paneled doors lead out to the sun-kissed deck space with plenty of room for lounging and gazing out over the treetops to the nearby gulf.

In the fully equipped kitchen, light wood cabinets are topped with gleaming slabs of marble countertops. Stainless steel appliances include an extra-large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. The range is located in the spacious kitchen island, which also has casual barstool seating for two. Nearby, the formal dining table has enough room for eight people to gather together at mealtimes.
