Once inside, Dune Allen Treehouse is light and airy, with a spacious main level great room accented with durable laminate floors and exposed cypress wood ceilings. There’s an updated kitchen with plenty of seating that overlooks the main living area and a formal dining room for family dinners or fun game nights. The great room boasts an ultra-comfy sectional sofa and a large HDTV for movie nights or watching the big game.

For complete privacy, there are dual primary suites, each with a spa-like full bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for kids, and each bedroom is outfitted with professionally designed spaces that have touches of a coastal motif. Outside, the fenced-in yard was built for your pooches, who are very welcome to join you on your Dune Allen Treehouse vacation (with a non-refundable fee). There’s also a crystal clear swimming pool and hot tub that can be heated for an additional fee and provide the perfect space for frolicking in the water or relaxing in the warm bubbles after a long day on the beach.
