Upon entering this home, the spacious and well-lit living area will instantly catch your eye. The large flat screen TV and the enormous and comfy sectional sofa can easily be the spot where you entertain and socialize with your family and friends.&nbsp;<br />

Over to the right is the expansive kitchen and dining area. Equipped with stainless steel appliances (dual refrigerators and dual dishwashers), a large island, and marble countertops, the chef in the group will surely have a great time preparing meals for everyone!<br />

&gt; The HOA will only allow 5 vehicles per property. There is some communal parking spaces scattered throughout the community should your 5 vehicles not fit in the driveway or garage.<br />
