“On the Dune 4” comes with full access to the small and quiet Unique Village resort, less than a one-minute walk from the cottage, which features an ocean front pool, restaurant, and bar. 

On the Dune has two bedrooms and two bath. It has a full kitchen with refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, and sink. Enjoy a beverage on your private deck overlooking the beach and ocean, or walk over to Unique Village for a meal or drinks. Unique’s restaurant serves three meals a day.

Amenities in the cottage include air conditioning, free cleaning two times a week, super-fast Starlink internet, back up generator and back up water! 

The town of Palmetto Point is just half a mile away, a one-minute drive or a ten-minute walk. Palmetto Point is home to the popular Mate and Jenny’s restaurant, as well as several stores. Tippy’s beachfront restaurant is a 5 minute drive. A ten minute drive takes you into Governors Harbor, the main town on the island. Governors Harbor has a charming collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking its historic harbor. Buy fresh fish and lobster most afternoons from fisherman at the town dock, or visit the recently restored Haynes Library, which dates from 1897, for the weekly coffee hour for foreign residents and tourists. Governors Harbor has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, and a medical clinic. Friday Night Fish Fry in Governors Harbor, a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street, is not to be missed.

Eleuthera is famous for its 100 miles of spectacular, deserted beaches. The island, home to just 11000 residents, is known for its friendliness and safety. Visitors enjoy the rare experience of picking up hitch-hikers and leaving their keys in the car. The snorkeling, diving, and fishing on the island are world class.
