Property Description
Welcome to Lillians Cottage on Harbour Island which is located on the coastal ridge just 200 feet from world-famous Pink Sands Beach, and a short walk from excellent beachfront restaurants including The Dunmore Club, Coral Sands and Pink Sands.
For guests attending weddings and special occasion events at nearby Ocean View Club and Runaway Hill Hotel, Lillian’s Cottage is a convenient and affordable off-property option just steps away. The town centre is conveniently located just a short walk away or ride by golf cart towards the harbour side.
Lillian's Cottage is a spacious studio. The main room features a queen bed and a living area with a large sofa, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. It is bright and cheerful with lots of windows and natural light.
Down a step is the kitchen area which is fully equipped with a small gas range, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, regular coffeemaker and plenty of counter space. It is fully supplied with cookware for guests who prefer to dine in. Off the kitchen is a full bath with walk-in shower.
Outside, Lillians has a louvered private patio with a coral stone floor, furnished for lounging and dining. Steps lead up to the widows walk roof deck with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean a stone's throw away, and mainland Eleuthera to the south.
Lillians is fully air-conditioned and has WIFI and a smart TV for guests preferred viewing.
There is a backup water system but currently does not have a back-up generator.
It is perfect for those seeking a tasteful and simple island cottage experience.
