Welcome to Seashine, a private beachfront estate with a heated pool and two pickleball courts located directly on spectacular Twin Coves Beach. Seashine is the only house on the half-mile-long south cove of Twin Coves Beach, where the movie “Three: Survival Island” was filmed. The property enjoys unmatched privacy, breathtaking views of the sea, the island’s best snorkeling on Twin Cove’s famous reefs. Seashine is located just five minutes from Governors Harbour, the main town on Eleuthera.
Seashine consists of three structures:
Main House (Sleeps up to 11)
The Main House features a light-filled, open-concept design perfect for gathering everyone together.

Living & Dining Area: Features a spacious open plan with a dining table that comfortably seats 10, plus additional seating for up to 15 at the kitchen island and on the screened porch.
Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped for large groups with a high-end Bertazzoni range, two refrigerators (one with an ice maker), two dishwashers, a pantry, and RO-filtered drinking water.
Wet Bar: A charming wet bar sits off the dining area, complete with its own dedicated drink fridge.
Screened-in Porch: Expansive 600 sq. ft. outdoor living area off the kitchen/living space, featuring plush couches, a coffee table, a second dining table for 12, a porch swing, and a pass-through bar counter connecting to the kitchen.
Foyer & Extras: Large half bathroom located right in the entrance foyer, plus a full laundry room.
Master Suite 1: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
Master Suite 2: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
Bunk Room: Custom bunk room with 2 Queen beds on the bottom and 2 Twin beds on the top, complete with its own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The Cove (Rec Room): Located under the Main House with a separate exterior entrance, this fun-filled space serves as the ultimate hangout spot. The Cove is equipped with 1 Twin bed, a ping pong table, TV, video game console, and a full en-suite bathroom.

The Cottage (Sleeps up to 7)
A private retreat offering its own full amenities and gorgeous vantage points.

Kitchen & Living: Includes a well-appointed kitchen with a Bertazzoni range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and RO-filtered drinking water. Upstairs features a cozy living nook with a settee and coffee table.
Sunset Porch: Screened-in upper porch directly off the living area, ideal for taking in evening views.
Master Suite 1: Queen bed with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Master Suite 2: Queen bed with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Downstairs Bunk Room: Features 1 Queen bed on the bottom and 1 Twin bed on the top bunk, with a private en-suite bathroom and shower.

The Casita / Pool House (Sleeps up to 2)
Situated right next to the pool with the absolute best ocean views on the property. Includes 1 Queen sleeper couch and a half bathroom. (An outdoor shower sits just 40 feet away).
The Snug
Connected to the Casita via an elevated deck, this cozy bar cottage offers a Bahamian spin on a classic speakeasy. Features a built-in bar with a sink and fridge, all overlooking the hot tub.

Twin Coves Beach: Walk down a short flight of steps from your back deck and out onto spectacular Twin Coves Beach, a mile-long double crescent of pink sand lapped by turquoise water. Twin Coves Beach is also one of the best snorkeling spots on Eleuthera.

Location
Seashine is located just 5 minutes from Governors Harbour, the main town on Eleuthera. Governors Harbour has restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, a bank with an ATM, an ice cream parlor, a bakery, gift shops, and a dive shop. It has a nice little collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking a picturesque harbor. You can buy fresh fish and lobster afternoons from fisherman at the town dock. Friday night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour is a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street. You won’t want to miss it.
