The one-bedroom "Carriage House Loft" sits street side of "The Beach House" and sleeps a couple to 4 person family. You can relax and unwind on the porch and enjoy a BBQ on your own stainless Grille. ENJOY AIR CONDITIONING when it's hot !! And you are steps to our PRIVATE beach overlooking the gorgeous Buffalo Skyline, with firepits and adirondak chairs for your comfort.

So close to everything:
15 minutes from downtown Buffalo. Architecture tours: Frank Lloyd Wright, H.H.Richardson, Louis Sullivan. Penney -Birchfield art gallery, Albright Knox art gallery. Buffalo Museum of science, Buffalo Zoo. 5 minutes to Graycliffe, Frank Lloyd Wright's summer home for Darwin Martin.

10 minutes to the Erie County Fairgrounds and Raceway. 20 minutes to the Buffalo Niagara international Airport. 25 to 30 minutes to Niagara Falls.
