Would you like to take a tour around the world? Welcome to our Global bowling villa! With 14 bedrooms and an open-concept living room, our villa is ideal for accommodating large families and groups celebrating life’s most precious moments, from weddings and family reunions to corporate retreats and sports competitions.

The first floor features five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: Paris, Florida, Australia, London, and Africa. The second floor has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: Japan, Space, and China. Additionally, the Egypt bedroom shares a bathroom with the Small Worlds bedroom, the Star Wars bedroom shares a bathroom with the Mona bedroom, and the Brazil bedroom shares a bathroom with the India bedroom.

The villa features 12 king beds and two children’s rooms with full-over-full bunk beds and pull-out beds. The bedrooms are themed around different countries and are equipped with Smart 4k TVs and carpeted floors, ensuring your comfort and relaxation throughout your stay. For entertainment, we offer three 120-inch projector screens, with an additional screen in the main living room, premium quality audio-system, and a variety of indoor games, including a bowling alley, pool table, foosball table, indoor basketball hoop, and air hockey table. The villa also boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a large kitchen island with additional chairs, perfect for group gatherings and quality meals together. In addition, there are two refrigerators and two sets of full-sized washers and dryers. The mansion’s unique theme and amenities were featured on the News 6 at Nine news channel.

Outside, you can relax in our large private swimming pool and spa, heated upon request, and resort-style sun loungers and seating. You can also host a family BBQ on our private grill next to the pool. The villa is located in the charming Solterra Resort, just 15 minutes from the Orlando-themed parks, including Disney World, and the luscious golf courses of Reunion and Champions Gate. Additionally, guests have free access to the 5,600 square foot clubhouse inside the Solterra resort community, featuring a fitness center, resort-style pool with a water slide, lazy river, poolside cabanas, food and beverage services, tennis courts, and many more fun activities for the young and the young-at-heart!

For your convenience, we offer mid-stay cleaning and daily turn-down service, available upon request. As a special promotion, we are offering a discount for all active and retired service members and police officers in September and October (excluding holidays). Contact us for more information.

There is a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee of $45 that will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.
The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation.

The primary person will need to provide:
• Their reservation information which shows:
• The rental property address.
• Check in and check out date.
• Number of guests.
• Identification that matches the reservation name.
• License plate information for the primary vehicle.

The resort will issue out a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry.
