The cabin is located in a peaceful country setting in Great Valley, offering a serene escape while still being close to local attractions. A car is recommended for getting around the area. The cabin is just a short drive from Ellicottville (6 miles) and other nearby attractions, including Holiday Valley Resort and Allegheny State Park. Parking is available on-site.

🔥 Fireplace: We try to keep the wood-burning fireplace stocked with firewood for your convenience. Occasionally supply can run low. If you notice it’s getting low during your stay, let us know and we’re happy to arrange additional firewood.
💧 Well & Septic: The property operates on a private well and septic system with a water softener. This is common in the area and completely safe. We simply ask guests to be mindful of water usage and avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper.
