2016 - Spring & Summer Season Weekly Rates are for Wednesday to Wednesday Weekly Rentals starting April 27th, 2016.

April 27th to June 1st: $1,000 / Week
May Weekends (2,3 or 4 Nights): $700/ Weekend
June 1st to June 22nd: $1,600 / Week
June Weekends until June 22nd, (2,3 or 4 nights) = $1,200/ Weekend
June 22nd to June 29th: $2,200 / Week, USD
June 29th to August 31st: $2,800 / Week, USD
August 31st to September 7th: $2,200 / Week, USD, includes Labor Day weekend. Labor Day weekend only, (2,3 or 4 nights)= $1,200
September 7th to September 30th: $1,500/wk
September Weekends after the 7th (2,3 or 4 nights) = $700 weekend
September 28th to December 21st: $550 / Weekend, 2, 3 or 4 nights

Guests Beyond 12 Are Welcome:
Additional guests beyond 12 are welcomed but not to exceed 20 with some exceptions. There is an additional charge for these guest of $10 / person for weekend rentals and $20 / person for week long rentals. Air mattresses for use in the house and tents in the yard or on the beach are permitted for your guests.

Property Description

The Beach House is a wonderful home situated on the sandy shores of Lake Erie. Approximately 30 minutes from the Peace Bridge in Fort Erie, ON & USA and 90 minutes from Toronto, Ontario. Recently renovated. Perfect for family gatherings, youth retreats, or a getaway destination.

This home has 6 bedrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms. The bedrooms contain four double beds, one queen bed, and one twin bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa fand plenty of room for air mattresses for additional guests. Inside you'll enjoy beautiful hardwood floors and the natural light that surrounds the home.

The spacious yard can accommodate a camper and boat trailers. There is plenty of off street parking. There is a private sandy beach & a rocky shoreline that has mooring possibilities for the boat enthusiast. There is a propane barbecue grill and a outdoor fireplace that's great for bon-fires and outdoor cooking.

Activities and Special Interests

Life at the waters edge is GREAT because so much fun and entertainment can happen right in the yard or on our beach. The Beach House offers quiet enjoyment with the opportunity for swimming, snorkling, fishing, boating, canoeing, ship watching, and building sand castles all within the steps of the house. It is located in a wonderful, safe, residential neighborhood with a private sandy beach.

The Beach House is available for weekend, holiday, or weekly rentals. The nearby town of Port Colborne offers restaurants on the canal, shopping, antique shops, and art galleries. There is a marina 5 minutes from the Beach House that has boat rentals and a public boat ramp. Local golf courses, a public park, walking and biking trails along the canal, and a community beach are all nearby.

There are NO BLACK FLIES in this neighborhood. :)

No Pets allowed, and Smoking is permitted outside only.

The rental comes with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, glasses, toaster, pots & pans. There are laundry and storage facilities in the house. Television with antenna reception, DVD player, and radio. There are a dozen Adirondack lounge chairs for the yard and beach. The outdoor fireplace is a great place to enjoy a bonfire, kick back and relax with a cold drink. Don't worry, fire wood is included as a amentity as well as grills for cooking over the fire. Linens are available by request for an additional charge of $15 / person.
