Nestled among the Sierra Butte's, just above Sierra City, CA (located right off Highway 49), this vacation rental sits at 5,500 feet. Offering luxury amenities at a family friendly price, Irish Man's Castle is the perfect place to get away, relax and enjoy nature.

Whether snowmobiling in the winter, hiking in the summer, or just staying in and enjoying the fire, this is the place to do it.
Amenities include:
Main Floor-
Large, open kitchen, High-end, stainless appliances, Large eating bar, Dining room table seats 8+, Professional range, double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, Custom tile counters & backsplash. Fully stocked kitchen - just bring your food. Fully furnished living room with TV, DVD/VCR, movies, & a fireplace. Elevator for wood, Spectacular views of the Sierra Buttes from every room, Jacuzzi tub in main floor bath, Half bath in mudroom, Completely tiled main floor - hydronic heated, Private entrance to mudroom - perfect for removing shoes & gear

Upstairs -
The upper level is where you'll find the Master Bedroom, a secondary bedroom, large loft area and office.
The Master suite has a King size bed sitting area, fireplace, TV and views of the Buttes. The Master bath has a raised Jacuzzi tub for views of the Buttes, a walk-in shower, fireplace & TV.
The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, fireplace & seating area. Just outside the guest bedroom is a full bath with deep soaking tub, shower, & a stacked washer/dryer.
The upstairs is large, open & a perfect place to read & relax.

Lower Level -
With it's own private entrance in the summer, this downstairs suite makes a perfect, less expensive option to renting the entire house.
The downstairs level comfortably sleeps 6, with two plush queen beds, a day bed & trundle bed, plus a living space, private bathroom with large, deep soaking tub & shower, and a brand new kitchenette. The kitchenette offers basic amenities - a sink, mini-fridge, granite countertop & eating bar.
The downstairs level also has a fireplace and views of the Buttes. We offer an option to rent only the lower level - please call for details & pricing.
