Property Description
Comfortable single family home on the shady side of 13th Street. Almost 2300 sq ft of air conditioned living area. This lovely home boasts soaring ceilings which give an even larger feel to the home, walk in pantry and just an overall comfortable feel. Large comfortable leather couch and love seat so comfortable after a hard day in the pool or on the boat.
3 King size beds and each bedroom has it's own TV....Pull out couch in the large enclosed patio/sun room. Hi speed wireless, 4 TV's, gas grill, 30' dock with 75' of water front. Bait freezer, fish cleaning table, and locked storage room for all your gear.Kuerig coffe maker and even a pac n play if you need one!
The pool is 12 X 28 and 5' 6" depth with lots of chaise loungers (6). Sit under the tikki hut or in the enclosed sun room and watch the kids play. Cabana Club membership is included.
3 king beds, 1 P/O couch, all tile floors, large enclosed porch overlooking the pool and tikki hut.
Please note that tenants do NOT have use of the garage.
Maximum of 8 including all children.
Rates starting at $2450/wk, with all holidays and lobster weeks at $2850............ Mini week at $3,300 $10,000 per 4 weeks
$1995 August 19 thru December 15, 2019 with the exception of Thanksgiving week.
$200 cleaning, $50 booking fee, 12.5% taxes and $500 refundable damage deposit.
Pool heat is $200/wk plus taxes if paid in advance or $250 plus taxes on arrival.
