Very upscale, clean, bright 3 bedroom, 2 bath half duplex on the shady side of the street. Very well kept unit. All new paint, lovely furnishings, appliances and kitchen ware. VERY tastefully done with quality thru out. 55" Tv in the living room, with Blue Ray DVD and CD Stereo System. Expanded basic cable TV. Master bedroom has a 46' flat screen and the two other bedrooms each have a 32' flat screen. Great 9th Street location! Step down concrete seawall with fish cleaning table, water and electric at the STEP DOWN dock. Bait freezer, Gas grill, , expanded basic digital cable. Hi Speed Internet Wireless w/Comcast. Real nice, comfortable home with an open, airy feeling. 1 King, 1 Queen, futon in the 3rd bedroom with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. although the living room does not open, it is overstuffed, large and VERY comfortable. The size for sleeping on it would be larger than a twin bed. Only 5 short blocks to the cabana Club. Lots os storage for your gear in the garage.
The adjcent half is also available for large groups.
