Summer: $2150.00 per week

Holidays: $2250.00

Sports Week: $2500

Lobster Week: $2500

Fall discount (after labor Day to Dec. 1) $1800 per week.(Thanksgiving week $1950.00)

Monthly: $5400.00 to $6600.00

All rental rates are plus a $35 booking fee, $225 cleaning fee, 12.5% sales tax and a refundable $500 reservation/security deposit.
