Summer: $2250.00 per week

Holidays: $2500.00

Sports Week: $3500.00

Lobster Week: $3500.00

Fall discount (after Labor Day to Dec. 1) $1800 a week. Thanksgiving week: $2350.00

Monthly: $5400.00 to $6600.00

All rental rates include a $50 booking charge, a $300 cleaning fee and 12.5% sales tax. A refundable $500 security/reservation deposit is also required.
