Property Description
Come relax with us in this adorable two bedroom, two bath half duplex on the shady side of 9th St. Brand new pool that is 9 X 16 and 3' to 4' in depth. There are three therapy jets on the seating area like a whirlpool. Heat or chiller is available for $200/wk add'l plus taxes if paid in advance or $250 on arrival.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, while the guest bedroom has a queen and a bunk with a twin over full size. Enjoy cable TV with two flat screen TV's, hi speed wireless internet, fish cleaning table, bait freezer and 30 amp service at the dock. Dockage is a lift for up to a 26' boat. (6,000 lbs including engines, fuel, gear and passengers) great for a V bottom boat, not a catamaran, or pontoon. We have full instructions for the operation.
Lots of parking for your boat trailer as well as vehicles.
Walk just 5 blocks to enjoy the Cabana club with all it's amenities.
$1700/wk with all holidays $2000/wk, $150 cleaning, $50 booking fee, 12.5% taxes and $500 refundable damage deposit. $6200 per 4 weeks
