Property Description

Relax in this two bedroom, two bathroom half duplex located on the shady 9th St. Brand new pool measuring 9 x 16 and 3 to 4 feet in depth. Three therapy jets are located on the seating area, similar to a whirlpool.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the guest room has a queen-size bed and a bunk that has two twins over a full size. Enjoy cable TV on two flat screen TVs, high speed wireless internet, a fish cleaning table, bait freezing and 30 amp service. Dockage is an elevator for boats up to 26'. (6,000 lbs, including fuel, passengers, and gear) This is great for a V-bottom boat. We have complete instructions for the operation. There is plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers.
