Half duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located across from the Par 3 Golf Course, tennis courts, and the park. Comes with Cabana Club membership. This is the right side of the duplex. The unit has three flat screen TVs (one 39" in the L/R, one 32" in the master bedroom and one 29" in the 2nd bedroom). DVD player in the living area. High speed wireless internet service. King bed in one bedroom, 2 double beds in the other. The first bathroom has a full bathtub/shower and the second bathroom has only a shower. There is a pull-out sofa in the living area for an additional guest. All tile floors.
