By auto, there is nearby shopping, groceries, great restaurants, marinas, fuel and convenience stores, banks and much more. Key West and its unique history, world-class dining and shopping, is only about 18 miles south. Big Pine Key and its wildlife refuge, dive shops, major grocery store and pharmacy is about 12 miles north, while the world renowned beach at Bahia Honda State Park is just a short drive further.
