Welcome to Sunset Paradise. Large patios upstairs and down with incredible sunset views. This home has an extra feature that is a Fun Game Room with a kitchenette, full bathroom, a table to play board games, exercise bike, and a small desk for your laptop. The upstairs features a second large patio, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with washer/dryer. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, and the Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed. Four TVs and High-Speed Wireless Internet are included. BBQ Grill, Bait Freezer and 2 Kayaks are available for your enjoyment. There is no trailer parking at the house. If space is available, you can park your trailer at the office at no cost if there are spaces available. Or at Key Colony Beach at a fee. Parking for two cars only.
