Charming Gulfside Pool Home

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home is located on a protected dockage canal along the gulf. Access to the Gulf is quick and easy.
Beautifully furnished house with a great layout. The living, dining and cooking areas are all on the same level (elevated). The cathedral ceilings and the doors leading to the screen porch create a feeling of spaciousness and light. The kitchen has everything a chef could need and is within easy reach. The eating bar is a great place to serve or sit and the dining area is just beyond. The living room has leather couches that are perfect for watching TV or movies on the big screen. The screen porch is located across the back of living area, overlooking the canal. It also has stairs leading to the pool deck.
The bedrooms are located at the west end. A Master Bedroom Suite with a King Bed, sliding glass doors that open onto the screen porch, and a Master Bath featuring a jetted bathtub, separate shower, and vanity, are all tiled in marble and granite. In the guest bedrooms, there are two twin beds and a queen-sized bed. The hall bath, which has a combination of a tub and shower, is only a few steps away from the bedroom or living area. All bedrooms have their own television! Tile floors are used throughout the home to make cleaning easier.
The 75' dock provides great protected dockage, with a step-down area for easy dockage. There is also a fish cleaning table and bait freezer in the garage. The Gulf is only minutes away and Vaca cut for ocean access is a short drive.
Waterside is a lovely pool, 12' x25' with the option to heat it in the winter (200 plus tax per additional week). The poolside patio has a covered dining area, and is a great place to get shade when watching the children in the swimming pool or using the gas barbecue.
Central air conditioning, gas grill, bait cooler, washer and dryer. No smoking inside.

Winter: $2375.00 per week, $7700 4 weeks

Summer: $2,550.00 a week, no discount for summer months

Holidays: $2950 a week - Thanksgiving Christmas, New Year's Eve, Fourth of July

Lobster Weeks: $3050

Fall Discount: $1700.00 per week.

Rates include a $50 booking charge, 12.5% sales tax, refundable $500 deposit and $200 cleaning fee
