Beautiful sunsets, stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private pool, and a boat slip with a lift. Great views in the living room and master bedroom.

The entry to the ground level is located off the carport. There is a door leading to the backyard, pool, and dock. There is also a place for fishing poles and boating equipment. On the first floor, you will find the kitchen and dining area as well as the living room and first bedroom. The hall bathroom is also located on this level. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and has a breakfast bar to provide extra seating. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a small terrace, while the bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. The covered porch has outdoor dining with a view of the dock and pool. It's the perfect place to watch the sunset.

The top floor of the unit has a master bedroom on the waterside. It has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The open porch is perfect for catching some sun during the day or to salute the sunset following a day of water sports. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed and a private bath. The pool is located at the foot of this unit, just off the covered patio. Here you will also find a gas barbecue and a bait-freezer for fishermen. On the dock, there is a fish cleaning table. The cut-in slip is shared by the other side of duplex. This side has a newly installed boat lift that can be used by guests. The lift can accommodate a trailerable boat up to 28' in length and 9' in beam. Access to the Gulf is immediate and only a short distance to the 7 Mile Bridge to bridge fish or to the Ocean beyond! Do you like to fish from the dock? If you want to swim or snorkel, the seawall along the Gulf has a ladder that makes it easy to get to the shoreline.

Two Trek bikes are included with the property. They're a great way for you to get to the old bridge, and to see the water and the fish from the railing of the bridge. A kayak is available for those who wish to explore the shoreline from the water.

Rental rates include a $50 booking charge, $225 cleaning fee, 12.5% sales tax and a $500 refundable deposit. Pool heating is an optional $150 plus tax per weekly.
