Seastar Palazzo, inspired by the grand villas in Italy, is a luxury estate that calls our favorite beach home. This 9-bedroom home is located directly across the beach and offers stunning views of the beach and the emerald waters. The rear has a tropical lake and the front has white sand. The large, heated* 20x40 resort-style pool overlooking the lake will refresh your senses. There is also an outdoor cooking area.
Seastar Palazzo is a haven for luxury. This home boasts an award-winning design, including a chef's kitchen, elevator and 7 large suites. There are also stunning views of the Gulf Of Mexico, as well as a tropical lake. A daily** beach chair setup is another luxury feature. You can walk directly across the street from the beach entrance and Crab Trap restaurant/bar.
Seastar Palazzo has 6 King suites with private baths, 1 Queen suite with a private bathroom, and 2 bunk bedrooms with 4 queen beds. This home measures 6000 square feet and can accommodate 22 guests.
There are two spots in the garage and eight spaces for parking.
Home Layout:
1st floor sleeps 20: Southwest King Room (sleeps 2), Kitchenette leading onto Pool, Northeast King Room (sleeps 2). Southeast Bunk Bed Room (4 Queens) (sleeps 8) and 2nd Bunk Room (4 Queens) (sleeps 8) share a bathroom and laundry area. 2nd Floor: Open Kitchen and Living Room with Grand Balcony. North King Room with a bathroom (sleeps 2), East Queen Room (sleeps 1) are all available. 3rd floor sleeps 6: Southeast Master King Room and Gulf Views Bathroom (sleeps 2), Southwest Master King Room and Gulf Views Bathroom (sleeps 2), Northwest King Room and Bathroom (sleeps 3).
For your convenience, we provide 4 folding beach chairs. We offer discounts on rental of a bicycle, scooter, or golf cart.
There are no restrictions on trailers, oversized cars, buses, RVs, street parking, or any other vehicles. Parking pads can accommodate up to 8 vehicles of standard size.
We allow small dogs in our pet-friendly home. If you are interested in bringing your pet, please inquire about our fees.
*The pool heater can also be turned from October 1 to May 15th, but this will incur an additional daily charge. Please request at least three days in advance.
**Daily Beach Chair with umbrella setup included. Available from March 1 - October 31 beginning in 2021.
Weddings and events at the house require an additional $500 fee and any required permits.

Spa quality amenities include high thread count linens, towels and a starter set soaps, shampoos, and lotions. Guests are responsible for any additional items.
