Property Description

Belleza Del Mar is your home. Belleza Del Mar is located between Destiny Lake & the Gulf Of Mexico. It offers tranquility and excitement while being close to the beach. Enjoy stunning beach views and a private heated pool*.
Belleza Del Mar is directly across the street from the beach and the famous Crab Trap restaurant and beach bar. Our house features a gourmet kitchen, grand balconies and a game room. We also have one of the largest pools in Destin. Walking and cycling along the coast is possible on the scenic beach road that runs next to the house. Whole Foods, award-winning restaurants, and golf courses are all within easy reach. During the season, you will be provided with a daily beachchair setup.

Layout:
1st Floor Sleeps up to 16 guests.
Bunk/Game room with four queen-size beds (sleeps eight), foosball table and an arcade machine. Living room with access to the pool and walkway. Bunk room with four twin beds (4 people), lake view, and bathroom. King bedroom (sleeps 2) with lake views and a bath. Full bedroom (sleeps 2). With bathroom.
2nd Floor sleeps up to 10 guests.
Living area with dining, bar and icemaker, kitchen, gulf view. King bedroom (sleeps 2) has gulf views from the jetted tub. Queen bedroom (sleeps 2). Shared bathroom connects to the hallway. Queen bedroom (sleeps 2) with a gulfview. King bedroom (sleeps 2). With a gulfview. King bedroom (sleeps 2) with a bathroom, jetted bathtub, and a lake view.
Parking is permitted on the property, but only eight vehicles are allowed. It is prohibited to park campers, buses, trucks, or oversized vehicles on the property. There is no street parking. The city will not permit vehicles to block the sidewalk.
We understand that pets are loved and welcomed by the whole family. Please contact us to inquire about fees and the policy regarding acceptable "fur babies".
For your use at the beach, 4 beach chairs will be provided by the home. Weather permitting, we also provide a daily set-up of 2 chairs and an umbrella.
Belleza Del Mar is within a gated community. This is a gated community that prohibits weddings and commercial events.
