The home’s layout is designed to spread out sleeping spaces across both floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a queen bedroom, a hallway bathroom with a tub, a laundry room, and an additional bedroom furnished with a twin-over-queen bunk bed. The second floor includes the primary bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub, plus the main living area with a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen and living room share the upper level, and a half bath is located near the living room.

For outdoor and community features, guests can use the neighborhood pool, which is heated during specific periods: March 1 to May 9, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. A balcony off the second floor looks out toward the pool. The home also provides four beach chairs for guest use. Please note that the property does not have an outdoor grill.

Parking is limited to three vehicles at the home, and restrictions apply: no campers, oversized vehicles, buses, or trailers, and no street parking. The neighborhood pool is just a few steps away from the front door and is heated during the following weeks: March 1 to May 9th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. This home is located on Crystal Beach Drive, and the beach access is located at the end of the street.

We know pets are family, and we welcome small dogs. Please contact us about fees and the policy for acceptable "fur babies" you wish to bring. There is a fenced area in the neighborhood for pets to be walked if necessary. This is located just a few steps from Crystal Beach Dream.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Crystal Beach Dream contains a starter set of paper supplies and toiletries. It is the guest's responsibility to purchase more if needed.
