Enjoy a peaceful retreat for your family, just steps from the gated community's private beach. Forever Coastal offers a large pool and cabana house as well as a seasonal beach chair setup and an exceptional outdoor space. Forever Coastal's backyard is a haven for family fun. The game room below the cabana house features an arcade, ping-pong, billiards and more. There is ample parking space and a basketball goal on the parking pad. At 49 x 20 meters, the swimming pool is the largest in the area. It has a 14-person spa, tanning shelf, fountains, and is 49 x 20 meters. For an additional fee, the pool can be heated from October to May. You will find many luxurious features throughout the home once you get inside. Forever Coastal features a standalone icemaker, TVs throughout the home, private bathrooms in each room, an HVAC unit on each level, and a UV light to improve air quality. Forever Coastal is near the Silver Sands premium outlet center, grocery stores and award-winning restaurants. There are also family activities and the Baytowne Harbor. Main House Layout (sleeps 24):
1st Floor (sleeps 8): 4 bedrooms with King-size beds and private baths. Half bath in hall. Kitchen, Laundry Room, Living Area, Dining Area. 2nd floor (sleeps 16,): 2 bunk bedrooms with 2 sets Queen/Queen bunk bed sets and private bathrooms. Cabana House Layout (sleeps 8):
1st floor: 900sf game room.
2nd floor (sleeps 8): Living room with sleeper sofa and kitchen, Laundry area, King bedroom. Bunk room with full-overfull beds, full bathroom with tub/shower between the bedrooms. Parking: Only 10 vehicles are allowed to park on the driveway. Street parking is not available. For an additional fee, pool/spa heating is available from October to May. To ensure that the heating system is turned on in a timely manner, this service must be requested at least three days prior to arrival Some dogs may be approved only with prior written permission. Ask about our pet policy and fees. Daily Beach chair with umbrella setup included. Available from March 1 - October 31 weather permitting. You can bring eight beach chairs with you to the beach. The home also has a daily beach chair setup. We do not provide "beach" towels.
