Seaside Palace was built in 2020 and has 7 King suites. The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a beach access. The home features smart TVs, ice makers, tankless hot-water heaters, and a gaming room. It is ideal for gathering the entire family or celebrating a special occasion at the beach.
The tropical pool is lined by palm trees and has a spa section. It can be *heated in cooler months. It is just a short walk to the famous sugar white sands beach. A ***daily beachchair setup is available for you to use on the beach. Each stay includes a golf cart at no additional cost. The renter must sign a waiver before being allowed to drive.
Seaside Palace is centrally situated just a few blocks away from premium shopping, award-winning restaurants and grocery stores. If you are looking for a memorable evening of in-home dining, we offer private **chef dinners.

A small dog less than 50 pounds is allowed under our pet policy for a fee of $200. If you are interested in an exception, please inquire. *The pool heater can also be turned on for $100 per day. This must be requested at the least three days before arrival. The spa area uses the same heater, and must be requested to heat any part of the pool. **Chef's dinners are $2,000 and must be reserved at least two weeks in advance. This is one of our most requested services, so we recommend that you reserve it at least two months in advance. *** Daily Beach Chair with umbrella setup included. Available from March 1 through October 31, weather permitting. You will find 4 folding beach chairs in the home that you can take to the beach.
