Two additional guest bedrooms provide flexible bedding: one room includes one queen bed and six twin beds, and another includes one queen bed and three twin beds; both have private bathrooms. The third floor adds another game room with a foosball table and two arcade games, plus a guest bedroom with one king bed and three twin beds and a private bathroom.

Outdoor amenities include a private pool and spa; pool/spa heat is available October 1 through May 31 for an additional daily fee, and the spa jets run on a set schedule. Four portable beach chairs are provided. All TVs are smart TVs with standard apps using high-speed internet (cable is not available), so guests should bring their own streaming logins. Parking can accommodate up to seven standard-size vehicles. Pets are not permitted. Check-in is 4:00 PM (Central) and check-out is 10:00 AM (Central), with late departures subject to a minimum fee. On-site events require an additional event fee, and age requirements apply, including restrictions on spring break college groups.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps, using high-speed internet. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

We provide high-thread-count linens and a starter set of toiletries, detergent, and soaps. Guests are responsible for any additional items needed.

Check-in and Check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Pets are not permitted here.

Weddings/Events – If held on property, an additional $500.00 event fee is required.

*The spa/pool can be heated from October 1 to May 31 for an additional daily fee. The pool and spa water both run from the same pump and heater, so pool heat must be selected and paid for before arrival. The spa jets are programmed to run from 5 PM to 10 PM. During peak summer months of June to September, the spa will automatically run from 7-10 PM. Due to the high heat, it cannot run for any longer than the allotted time.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made for students or singles under twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
