The amazing amenities include a game room with pool table and built-in wet bar, a large paneled fridge and refrigerator drawers that flow seamlessly out to the rear deck. The pool area includes a spa and covered outdoor area with a grill. The garage and parking area can accommodate 8 standard-sized vehicles.
The second floor is the heart of indoor living space. It features a sleek contemporary living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow in natural light and gulf views. A built-in entertainment center with floating shelves, open to the kitchen and dining room for optimal flow.

For your convenience, we provide a beach cart and 4 beachchairs. We offer discounts on rental of a bicycle, scooter, or golf cart.
This home is pet-friendly and allows small dogs to stay during winter months. If you are interested in bringing your small dog, please inquire about our policies and fees.
