Ellis Tide is a multi-level Destin home designed to accommodate larger groups, with 8 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, and sleeping capacity for up to 28 guests. The outdoor setup centers on a private pool and spa area, including fiber optic pool lighting and a cascading waterfall spa. Pool and spa heat can be added from October 1 through May 31 for an additional daily fee; both run from the same pump and heater, so pool heat must be selected and paid for before arrival.

The first floor includes the main living spaces (kitchen, dining room, and living room), a half bathroom, laundry room, and a game room with a billiards table. Two king bedrooms on this level each have a private bathroom.

On the second floor, there are five additional bedrooms: three king bedrooms with private bathrooms, one king bedroom that also includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed with trundle and a private bathroom, and one queen bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds plus trundles and a private bathroom. The third floor adds the eighth bedroom (a king with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and trundle, plus a private bathroom) along with a second game room featuring a foosball table and two arcade games.

The home provides four portable beach chairs. All TVs are smart TVs supported by high-speed internet; cable service is not available, so guests should plan to use streaming apps with their own logins. Parking accommodates up to seven standard-size vehicles. Small dogs may be allowed only with advance written consent; inquire about the pet policy and fees. All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps, using high-speed internet. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

We provide high-thread-count linens and a starter set of toiletries, detergent, and soaps. Guests are responsible for any additional items needed.

Check-in and Check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There is a minimum $200 fee for leaving after the posted time because it prevents staff from completing the job and interrupts the next guest’s vacation.

Weddings/Events – If held on property, an additional $500.00 event fee is required.

Some small dogs are permitted, so please inquire about our pet policy and fees. Any small dog must be approved in advance with written consent.

*The spa/pool can be heated from October 1 to May 31 for an additional daily fee. The pool and spa water both run from the same pump and heater, so pool heat must be selected and paid for before arrival. The spa jets are programmed to run from 5 PM to 10 PM. During peak summer months of June to September, the spa will automatically run from 7-10 PM. Due to the high heat, it cannot run for any longer than the allotted time.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made for students or singles under twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
