Memories on Mountaineer is getting a stunning full remodel this summer/fall 2026! The home is receiving an extensive refresh, including all-new bathrooms, a beautifully remodeled kitchen with new countertops, backsplash, and appliances, all-new bedroom furniture and lighting, and the addition of air conditioning. The main-floor bathroom will also be upgraded with a new bathtub and separate shower, with the laundry area being relocated to create an improved layout.<br />

The home will have a fresh, updated look throughout, with new pictures to come upon completion. We can&rsquo;t wait to share the finished transformation with you!<br />

Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. &nbsp;Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. &nbsp;We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood.
