Why You'll Love This Rental

Island Time & Endless Summer is a 4-bedroom, 4-bath home setup in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, created by combining two side-by-side 2-bedroom residences. Together, the pair sleeps up to 13 across 2,382 square feet, making it well-suited for larger parties that want to stay close while still having separation. Distinct themes in each dwelling (surf-inspired and Balinese-inspired) help differentiate the two-home arrangement, and each residence includes its own private fenced backyard.

Inside, you’ll find four king beds plus three sofa beds, along with air conditioning, internet access, and televisions. Both homes include full kitchens with stainless-steel appliances and essentials such as an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and ice maker, plus spices for basic cooking. Practical conveniences include a washer/dryer, towels and linens, a hair dryer, and garage parking. Pets are allowed. For outdoor downtime, each fenced yard includes a fire pit. A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance of each dwelling and records audio and video when motion is detected.
