Beachwalk 103 is an updated and a beautifully decorated 2 BR 2.5 BA Townhome Shipyard condo located a short walk away from the beach. Relax on your private deck over looking the lagoon. You can jump in the large community swimming pool after a nice long day at the beach. 103 Beachwalk has all new flooring in the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a large 70 inch Smart flat-screen TV and has access to a balcony that overlooks the lagoon. Both guest bedrooms have smart TVs also. The kitchen features updated cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, while the dining room offers seating for six. The kitchen has an eat in breakfast area. A half bath is located just off the hallway for first floor convenience. This condo also offers free wireless internet and private washer/dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed (second floor), while the master bathroom features granite counter tops. Bedroom two has one queen, bunk bed with two queen and a full private bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping area. Condo sleeps eight people total.

Beachwalk Villas is a quiet complex located within Shipyard Plantation. This complex is located directly across the street from Shipyard Beach Club, making it a short walk to the beach. There is also a large complex swimming pool with a large deck - perfect for soaking up the sun.
