Master bedroom has flat screen TV, high ceilings with walk in closet and very nice updated master bath. Great views of the golf course from the Evian condo. The guest room has a queen bed, private en suite bathroom, flat screen TV and plenty of room. The living has a fold out couch downstairs with access to the half bath. Every bedroom has sheets and towels provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes. The dining area overlooks the living room with views out to the golf course. The veranda is covered to relax and enjoy the view.

Shipyard offers miles of bike paths to enjoy on shaded trails. You can bike, drive or walk to the beach in Shipyard. You get a beach pass to park down at the Shipyard beach house when you stay at Evian. Shipyard has 27 holes of golf only minutes away. Shipyard is located near shops and restaurants on Hilton Head Island. Hilton Head offers over 200 shops, 250 restaurants, 30 golf courses, 17 miles of beaches, 117 miles of bike paths for your great family vacation.
