There are only two parking passes allowed for the condo at 19 Sailmaster. Shipyard has 27 holes of championship golf, Van Der Meer tennis and pickle ball courts, beach access and miles of shaded bike paths. Shipyard is located right in the middle of many of the restaurants, shops, grocery stores and golf courses on Hilton Head Island.
