The full-sized kitchen includes: convection oven, Bosch dishwasher, granite counter tops and back splashes, custom cabinets, tile floors, tray ceiling with recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, table for 4/6 and a wonderful beach view.

The dining and living spaces are flooded with natural light and beach views. The beach and water view through the large glass wall is unsurpassed. There is a 65" smart ultra-HD flat screen TV mounted in the living room. There is a queen-size pull-out leather couch in the living room plus 2 recliners.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, large sliding glass doors to the lanai with beach views, a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The modern and super clean en-suite bathroom includes extensive tile and granite work, a glass enclosed walk-in shower, large mirror and hair dryer. There is a 55 inch smart tv in the bedroom.

The front bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed, a large closet and 32" smart television.

A washer and dryer are in the hall closet. There is also a small cooler to take cold drinks to the beach.

In the car port closet, we have beach toys, noodles, and beach chairs.

Amenities include: Two heated pools, perfect for a refreshing swim. One is right on the beach facing the ocean. There is also a jacuzzi to relax in. 2 gas grills by the pool area allow you to grill your favorite steak or fish as you watch the sunsets. Intercoastal sitting area for fishing and watching boats go by.
Designated covered parking space is provided with additional parking for guests.

Hop on the free Trolley to explore local dining and shopping options in the Village (North) or Stickney Point (South).

The unit will accommodate up to five people. WIFI is included. Maximum occupancy - 5
