The hot tub and/or pool may be closed at any time due to health and safety concerns. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these closures, as they are determined by the HOA. We cannot guarantee the availability of HOA amenities, as we have no influence over them. During the winter, usage tends to be higher, which may lead to more frequent maintenance and water refills. We will notify you as soon as we are informed of any closures. Please note that we are not financially liable if the hot tub is out of service during your stay.<br />

<strong>Accommodations in Telluride Standard Reservation Cancellation Policy:</strong>

<li><strong>More than 60 days prior to arrival:</strong> No penalty for cancellation.</li>
<li><strong>Within 60 days of arrival:</strong> We will re-list the property and try to re-rent it. If successful, we will refund the first payment minus a 10% processing fee of the first payment amount.</li>
<li><strong>Within 29 days of arrival after the final payment posts:</strong> The same process applies, but the 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total lodging costs.</li>
