Within 60 days of arrival:&nbsp;We will re-list the property and try to re-rent it. If successful, we will refund the first payment minus a 10% processing fee of the first payment amount.<br />
Within 29 days of arrival after the final payment posts:&nbsp;The same process applies, but the 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total lodging costs.<br />
