white quartz countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms, and
beautifully updated custom tile work that gives the entire condo a
fresh coastal luxury feel. Brand-new mattresses and a new couch ensure
maximum comfort whether youre relaxing after a beach day or enjoying
a cozy night in.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked far beyond the basics for guests
who truly enjoy entertaining and vacationing in style. Whether you
start your morning with the Nespresso machine, Keurig, or traditional
coffee maker or end the day with frozen margaritas from the margarita
machine, this condo is built for enjoying every moment.

To make your beach days effortless, the condo is fully stocked with
everything you need, including 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach
umbrella, beach toys, beach towels, and a beach wagon to easily
transport everything to and from the sand.

brand-new pool deck, all-new lounge chairs and furniture, and
completely renovated pool bathrooms completed in Fall 2025 creating
