Pamper yourself in this new 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo. This top-floor condo features a beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances. The kitchen opens up to the dining area and large living room with sliders to your private deck and incredible mountain views.

There are three bedrooms, a ski locker room, and a washer/dryer in the unit.
The King master bedroom suite features a bathroom that has both a shower and a Jacuzzi tub.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with its own bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds and its own bathroom as well.
The Sunrise Cafe is open during the Winter Ski Season. (due to covid, some restrictions may apply)
*ski on/ski off only available provided there is natural snow*
**The Falls Brook Commons is closed for Spring Maintenance and Cleaning. This includes the indoor pool, hot tub, locker rooms, and gym.
We will open the outdoor pool, locker rooms, and gym on Monday, May 23rd. Please note the indoor pool and hot tub will remain closed throughout the summer season.**
