The Village Square at Pico is a family-oriented community, primarily enjoyed by owners who value a peaceful, safe, and quiet environment. While the Association welcomes renters and encourages all guests to enjoy their stay, we ask that everyone respects the community standards in place to ensure a positive experience for all.<br />
To maintain the integrity of the community, the Association has implemented the following rules:<br />

Minimum Age Requirement:<br />
&bull; Renters must be at least 25 years old to occupy a unit.<br />
Quiet Hours:<br />
&bull; Enforced daily from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM to maintain a restful environment.<br />
No Pet Policy:<br />
&bull; Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.<br />

The Association reserves the right to issue fines or take other enforcement actions if these rules are violated. While we aim to resolve any concerns directly with the unit owner or rental agency whenever possible, the Association may intervene immediately if the situation requires it.<br />
